Throughout the 12 months following the service date, we offer free telephone and online support for digital units providing an internet connection is available. This enables our engineers to connect to your pc for on-demand diagnostic and remedial actions. Our national service operation is the only accredited provider that can service and support both AGFA and Konica CR solutions.
